HP LaserJet P1006 and Ubuntu

!!! Note: At the moment my printer just prints the first page and then displays an printer error !!!

If you power on the Printer, it will automatically install it and you get a popup thats asking if you want to configure the HP LaserJet P1006.
This way it won't work, don't know why but will try to find out.
You have to manually install the XQX stream protocol driver from http://foo2xqx.rkkda.com and then installing a new printer and select from DB HP and P1006 and choose the second driver (the name is exactly the same, but the newly installed driver is the one that has no "(recommended)" sign on it.
Print the Testpage and it should work ;-)

If this doesn't work out... try http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/index.html but i haven't tested because the first attemp with the above driver did work without problems
