SpeakerProximity v.0.3.1 beta in the market

SpeakerProximity market linkI just published SpeakerProximity version 0.3.1 beta to the Market as a donate version.
SpeakerProximity This is an OpenSource app, the code and an APK is available on the Project page
While in a call it will switch automatically between speaker and head output based on the values from proximity sensor.
Have your phone on the ear and it will be like normal but take it away from your ear and it will automagically switch to speakerphone and it even includes a conference mode that if you place it upside down on a table it will stay on speakerphone.
It checks if a wired or bluetooth headset is connected and will deactivate itself in this condition.

This will only work if you have a phone with proximity sensor hardware like the nexus, Desire, Samsung Galaxy S, G2, DroidX.

If it doesn't work on your phone, please contact me by mail or open a ticket on the Project page.

hey..sorry for disturbing..i recently wanna develop a application which will auto enable the loudspeaker when the user make/receiving call..so i declare the

audiomanager= (AudioManager) contex.getSystemService(Context.AUDIO_SERVICE);

and i call the setSpeakerphoneOn(true) at PhoneStateListener as below..

case TelephonyManager.CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK:
//CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK;
audiomanager.setSpeakerphoneOn(true);

i put the permission of MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS in manifest..however..the speaker din turn on..can u help me on this? thanks in advance..

die Installation bicht bei meinen HTC Desire SLCD mit DeFroST 5.9 ab. Muss ich die Vorläufer-version vorher deinstallieren?

Leider kann ich im androcom-forum meiner Erfahrungen mit SpeakerProximity nicht mitteilen, da ich keine Bestätigungsmail für meine eMail-Adresse bekommen. Vielleicht kannst du mit den admins reden, damit ich endlich in das forum kommen.

Ich hab dich im forum freischalten lassen, sollte jetzt gehen.
Warscheinlich ist die aktivierungsmail in deinem spam ordner gelandet.

Wenn er wegen dem zertifikat abbricht dan deinstalliere die vorgänger version, ich musste das zertifikat wegen dem google market ändern da eine laufzeit von 30 Jahren zu wenig für google war.

Hello,

I have tried this app on my Nexus, but it isn't working at all. After installation I could open it and it tries to set up. Even after this it was looking like photo on top,
it wasn't working. Mobile hasn't switched to hands free.
If somebody got it running it would be nice to give a feedback.

Could you post a logcat to the issue tracker?

I developed the app on a nexus so it should work on it ;-)
Maybe there is some other problem and with a logcat I maybe see what is wrong.
